Yin is a type of Hatha yoga (practice of balance) with influences from Chinese Daoist practices and Western science. It is typically a quiet practice known for longer-held, passive stretches. Yin focuses on the connective tissues or fascia activating and strengthening ligaments and joints. Treat yourself to a peaceful, deep stretch and release!
