Hi, I’m Katie
I’m a yoga teacher who believes yoga should feel supportive, empowering, and accessible — not intimidating.
My classes are rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the idea that your body is already worthy of care exactly as it is. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, you’re welcome here.
MY APPROACH
What you can expect in my classes:
✨ Clear, thoughtful cueing
🌱 Options for different bodies and energy levels
🧘♀️ A focus on how yoga feels, not how it looks
🤍 Space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect
No pressure. No comparison. Just real yoga for real people.
ABOUT ME
I completed my yoga teacher training in Chicago in 2016, and I am an E-RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, currently working toward my 300-hour certification. I believe yoga is more than poses—it’s a lifelong practice of awareness, resilience, and self-study.
MY teaching is grounded, welcoming, and accessible. I love making arm balances and inversions approachable by breaking down strength-based postures into supportive, confidence-building progressions. MY classes invite curiosity and confidence while honoring that every body and every journey is unique.
Committed to community and social justice, I strive to bring an inclusive, trauma-informed approach to my teaching, creating a safe and supportive space for students. Through physical practice and yogic principles, she aims to offer a balanced, sustainable experience for both body and inner awareness.
Outside the studio, I enjoy time with my partner, rescue pup, two kids, and getting outdoors whenever possible.
