C2 classes build off of the postures that students learn in C1s. This class is taught in a heated room, which allows your body to stretch deeper and sweat out toxins. You’ll explore some advanced variations of the postures that you learned in C1s, along with a few new postures. This class will have you moving and sweating!

Who Should Attend: We recommend that new yogis have five to ten C1/C1.5 classes under their belt before attending a C2 class. If you already have a regular Power Vinyasa yoga practice, you might be ready to jump right into C2 classes.

Insider Tip: C2 classes allow time to explore inversions. Let the instructor know if you’d like a little extra help learning an inversion, and they’ll be happy to give you some pointers.
